Yes, all of our cuts are vacuum sealed except for ground beef. Ground beef is placed in chub tubes. Upon request, ground beef can be vacuum sealed at a cost of $.50/pound.
We are a "Custom Processor" so all of our cuts are marked "Not For Sale" and not available for resale. The USDA inspects our facility unannounced for inspections but are not mandated to be present at time of slaughter.
All of the animals we process are tagged immediately after slaughter. This tag remains with your animal until you or your customer picks up the finished product.
No, we do not inject any of our cows with antibiotics, steroids, or any other hormones.
Bring your animal at the scheduled time with a completed cut sheet. We prefer animals to have an empty stomach, but we understand this is not always possible.
We will call to schedule a pick up date once your animal has been processed. Your meat will be frozen. Bring containers (coolers, bags, boxes, totes) and we will place your meat into your container. We prefer check/cash. We can take a card but a 4% processing fee will be applied.
